General
We aim to offer to you a satisfactory experience on shopping with us. This means that, you will see an efficient and flexible seller who is presenting his quality MOC minifigures of great value.

We are efficient.

1. We aim to answer every single enquiry from you on a business day in 24 hours.
2. We will deliver your minifigure to the post office in 2 business days upon receipt of your payment excluding "Preorder" items. Package tracking information will be sent to you via email in the same day. So, please do not forget to provide email information in your order.

 
We are flexible.

1. We use various kind of post office/courier services which we believe is of great value. In case you would like to request for anther shipping method, please ask.
2. We accept, before receipt of your payment any order cancellation and modification with no questioning.

 
We are fair.

1. All orders are final only after payment has been made. 
2. For shipping to international buyers, we charge only at a flat shipping rate. Whilst, local buyers may enjoy a free of charge shipping service.
3. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to custom clearance.
4. We are not responsible for loss or damage to the package once it is mailed. If you want to insure your package, please let us know.

We encourage buyers to take note of the customs regulations and tariffs applicable to the destination area, especially regarding de minimis exemption for low-value goods.

For shipments to the U.S., since we offer a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping service, typically, any applicable customs duties and taxes are settled at the time of delivery. However, the final handling of these taxes is subject to the determinations made by the appropriate authorities.

• Only delivery services with online tracking features provided by reputable carriers are used.

• Estimated delivery time is for reference only. Time for custom clearance is not counted and actual delivery conditions may cause delays
• Once the shipping carrier confirms that the package has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to buyer

• Please ask before pay as more recipient information may need
• Charge at a flat rate, option to Cash on Delivery available

• Default shipping method: Hongkong Post ordinary post (香港郵政平郵)
• free of charge; no trace and tracking feature
• SF Express (順豐到付)
• Shipping fees may be charged

Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

All orders are final once payment is made. Request for order cancellation and refund may be considered only if it is made within 24 hours of order placement and before the package is posted with good reason. An admin fee may be charged if request is accepted.
 

Return Policy
 
We accept returns if you receive items having any quality problems within 30 days of delivery.
 
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Also, please pay attention to the conditions of return below.

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. You are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.
3. We cannot and do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. So, please consider, if necessary, using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
4. Refunds (if applicable) will be considered once your return is received and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and if approved the refund arrangement.
5. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
